Premium Outdoor is a trademark of SIA SPA & VERANDAS online store. We offer several delivery methods - you can receive the product in the store or receive it with the help of a courier or post. Choose the most convenient delivery method for you. The price of delivery of the product depends on its size and the chosen delivery method, contact us to choose the most convenient delivery method.


SIA SPA & VERANDAS store.


The ordered product can be received at SIA SPA & VERANDAS store in Riga, "Barona Kvartālā", Cēsu Street 31, Building 3. - 4. staircase, Salon "Sundance" on working days from 09:00 - 17:00. In the SIA SPA & VERANDAS store, you can pay in cash or with a payment card. In the store of SIA SPA & VERANDAS, unpaid goods are stored for 7 days. After the given deadline, the order will be cancelled. Please let us know if you want to receive the product in a longer period.


Delivery to Omniva parcel box.


Delivery to the Omniva parcel box is possible only if prepayment is made. When confirming the order, choose the parcel closest to you. You will receive a parcel opening code in a text message to the specified phone. The shipment is stored in the package for 7 days. If you do not pick up the package before the end of the storage period, it will be returned to SIA SPA & VERANDAS store.


Delivery to DPD PickUp point.


Delivery to the DPD PickUp point is only possible if prepayment has been made (online by card or by bank transfer). When confirming the order, choose the nearest PickUp point. You will receive an opening code in a text message to the specified phone. After receiving the SMS, you have 7 days to pick up your package at the selected point. If you do not collect the package before the end of the storage period, it will be sent back to SIA SPA & VERANDAS in the store.


Delivery to the Latvian Post post office.


The ordered item will be delivered to your nearest post office. After the parcel has arrived at the post office, you will receive a notification inviting you to receive the parcel in SMS or paper format. The storage period of the shipment is one month, counting from the day of its receipt at the post office. The fee for storing parcels in the post office for more than 11 days - according to the price list of AS Latvijas pasts. Delivery to the desired address by courier.

In order for the courier to be able to deliver the package, it is mandatory to add your phone number when placing the order. As soon as the parcel has arrived, the courier will contact you to agree on the delivery time. If you have chosen delivery with Latvijas Pasta Express Post courier, but it will not be possible to carry out the delivery, the parcel will be sent to the nearest post office. You will be sent a notification about the arrival of the shipment, based on which you will be able to receive it at the post office specified in the shipment notification.


If it is not possible to send the ordered goods from the warehouse in one shipment, they will be sent in several shipments, but the postage will be charged only once. When choosing courier delivery, the goods are delivered only to the front door of the building. Therefore, please take care of the further delivery of the product (for example, bringing it to the apartment) yourself..


Important!

* Upon receiving the product, before signing the delivery note, the buyer is obliged to visually assess the outer packaging of the product in the presence of the courier, whether there are any visual defects of the packaging or the product. If defects are discovered, the buyer has the right to accept the product and to immediately inform the seller about the said fact, so that the damaged product can be replaced as soon as possible.
